Org-admin
Plans and billing are managed by organization admins.
Plans
niil offers several tiers. All tiers include every feature — they differ only by the included monthly usage allowance. Public pricing is shown on the Plans page.
Subscribing
Admins subscribe from Organization → Settings. Payment is handled by Stripe, which is hosted in the EU — the one external service niil uses, and only when billing is enabled (see No external vendors). You're taken to Stripe's secure checkout and back.
Credits & top-ups
Beyond the recurring subscription, admins can add one-time top-ups to the budget pool — useful when a busy month runs ahead of the plan allowance. Credits roll over until spent.
Seats
Your plan includes a number of seats (members). Manage members and invite teammates under Organization → Settings; if you need more seats than your plan allows, adjust the plan.
Usage limits vs. payment
Spending limits and budgets (Budgets & warnings) control how much can be spent. The plan/subscription controls billing. Both are enforced in euros.
