Usage & spend
The Usage page shows what you've spent on AI, in euros, with no hidden units.
Personal and organization views
- Personal — your own usage.
- Organization (admins) — spend across the whole org.
Toggle between them at the top.
What you see
- Month-to-date spend in EUR.
- By model — your top models by cost.
- Monthly history — a rolling view of spend per month.
- Ledger — a paginated table of individual usage records (date, model, tokens, cost), which you can export as CSV.
How cost is shown
Everything is in euros. Usage from every part of niil counts — chat, agents, the workflow assistant, workflows, and voice transcription — so the totals reflect your real activity.
Admins can also set budgets & spend warnings and manage the plan & subscription.
