Troubleshooting
Common issues you can resolve yourself. If something here points at a configuration problem, your organization admin or operator can help.
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |

| A model is greyed out / unavailable | Its provider isn't configured | Pick another model, or ask your operator to configure that provider. |
| A model isn't in the picker at all | Your org's EU-only policy blocks it | Use an EU model, or an admin can adjust the policy in Organization → Security. |
| Chat says a model is "processed outside the EU" | Residency gate | Choose an EU-processed model. |
| "This uses tools/knowledge that require the runtime…" | The runtime is temporarily unavailable | Retry shortly; if it persists, contact your operator. |
| Didn't get the login email code | Mailer not configured, or email delayed | Check spam; ask your admin whether email delivery is set up. Consider adding a passkey. |
| Passkey won't register | Browser/device doesn't support WebAuthn, or you're not on HTTPS | Use a supported browser over HTTPS; try another device. |
| An action was blocked with a budget message | Your limit or the org budget is reached | Ask an admin to raise your limit or budget, or use a cheaper model. |
| The coordinator answered without delegating | No delegation edges / team members not set | Connect the coordinator's team handle to agent nodes. See Agent orchestration. |
| The shared chat widget shows "connecting…" | The share link expired or the app restarted | Mint a fresh link from the workflow's live conversation. |
| An interactive workflow shows no reply | Not marked Persistent, or you sent no message | Enable Persistent + Interactive and send a message. See Interactive workflows. |
| I need my data exported or deleted | — | Use the controls in your profile. |
